First two miles felt pretty awful. My groin area and hip flexors are very sore. Can it by that Monday's over-doing it workout is still doing a job on me? Or is it because I've been sitting 90% of the last two days in the same spot? Maybe both.

Last mile started to feel okay, though. Still hurts, but I didn't feel like I was lumbering . . . as much.
