Only got 5hrs sleep the night before. Was dragging all day. Went out for my 18 anyway -- figured it would be a little slower (8:15 instead of 7:50) and it was. Only stopped at the turnaround, though -- which is an improvement over the last 18miler. Also, no pains.
Tried to pick it up for the last few miles. Was pretty hard. I certainly thought I was running faster than I was.
