Felt a lot better than the day before. Last run with John as he goes off to Panama. I'll miss my running partner and the guy who got me into this in the first place. Good luck, John.
Gracias! I'll miss the freezing temps... kind of. At least the humid summers in Charlottesville prepared me for winter in Panama!
