This was pretty hard. I was out late with a client who wanted to tour our breweries. Then was woken at 3am because the HV/AC burned itself out. So, little sleep, way too much to eat/drink. Naturally, this run was not easy. A nice little reminder that I'm not 20yo anymore.
3@marathon start pace. 8x3min@MP/HMP + 1min rest.

3 miles at the same pace you’ll run for the first 3 miles on
race day/ followed by 8 x 3 minutes at MP-HMP (NO faster!!) with a 1 minute
recovery in between each/ finish with a mile or two at AHR.
