15mi with last 2 at MP.
Did a 6.5 mile loop around Tolland, CT. First 2 miles were downhill. Second 3 were up hill. With 1.5 of those being one stead incline. Weather was pretty cool, which helped a lot. Finishing my workout in the pool was wonderful. Last two miles were all hills -- very annoying.
Felt good even though my hip is weird -- doesn't affect running at all.
