Nice and cool (57F) this morning. Humidity was low, compared to usual. Only sweat like a normal person today.
Tried to keep the run Very Easy to story up for tomorrow's interval session with Jeff.
Right behind the knee / hamstring is a bit sensitive (weak). Iced it when I got home. Need to work in a rest-day here somewhere.
