Legs still feel brittle. I don't feel strong at all. Tired. Heavy.

Had the weird sudden pain again; this time 2" in front of my heel on the bottom of my foot. Leg collapsed to the pain. Then it was gone.

When I squat, my quads feel very tight. Foam rolled them after the run. Think a massage would be beneficial.

Don't have time for tomorrow's track workout due to work commitments -- but I'm rather glad. I don't think I'd be up to it. Maybe a bit of over-training; though I've been taking it easy the last week.
