Rocked it!
6x1mi@7:00 (60sec recovery). As early as the 3rd interval I was pretty sure I couldn't complete the whole set. And each interval started off slow (7:20+) and had to pick it up over the first quarter mile. The final interval was doubt from beginning to end -- but I nailed it.
Form was sloppy at the end of the 3-6th interval miles. Not horrible, just sloppy.
Recommendation for next time: 7intervals, same time, same recovery.
