First run back after a few days off last week. Tweaked my knee running on vacation so I decided to rest. Despite the low weekly mileage last week, I am feeling a lot better and ready to tackle some higher mileage in the next coming weeks. Also, its a big relief being back in St. Charles considering how bad the heat/humidity is in the Carolinas.
