Notes
After some discussion with Evan Patel and Will Muckian, I plan on being more active on the log. It's been a while since my avid use during marathon training and now that I am residing in Washington, DC for the semester, I should keep updated. I am home in St. Charles, IL for "spring break" and enjoyed a nice 8 miler. Spring is on the horizon and the air warming. Planning on entering a few runs from DC so I can tell my story away from Champaign.
