Notes
This was my first run back since my wisdom teeth surgery. I felt pretty normal, even though I had some rest days, I could still tell that the recovery/low diet took a lot out of me. Went for an easy 8 with Coach Bos, Evan, and Lucas and it was nice catching up with Bos before heading back to college. It's pretty crazy to think that we've been out of high school 3 years now. I plan on having a higher mileage week this week and another 20 miler before the easy weeks leading up to the marathon.
