Workout plan was 8xMile with 200m jog (~60 sec) recovery
*Carlos and Jared were hoping to hit 5:15/mi so I lagged behind from the start
*after the 3rd repeat, my left calf tightened up big time and despite stretching and jogging I couldn't get it loose so I had to call it night
Splits: 5:22, 5:24, 5:28
Going to retire my current pairs of Pegasus 30s and see if that helps...
