Notes
Met up with the guys (Carlos, Brick, TJ, Kevin, Seth, Kent) for our first workout as part of the Spring training plan
*plan was a 7 mile progression starting at 10 mile RP+1min and working down to RP+30sec
*I ended up starting with TJ and he bailed after 3 miles so I ran alone on the track
*called it quits after 6 miles as I was cramping a bit and tired
*added a 1/2 mile of 50m on/50m off strides with Carlos after he finished up
Splits: 6:08, 5:55, 5:50, 5:48, 5:38, 5:30
Good workout as I didn't feel blown away afterwards! 2 mile W/U and 2 mile C/D on the OMHS loop
