After signing a contract for my first house yesterday and taking the day off from running, I wanted to get an easy long run in to end the week
*felt great the first 6 miles or so but then the humidity bit me right in the ass
*kept it steady and stopped for a quick sip at the water fountain at Centennial Lake
Legs felt pretty good...getting there!!!
