Drove down to Canton and met Carlos for a long run before meeting his beautiful daughter, Floralei afterwards
*we started very easy and kept it that way for the first 10-11 miles or so before gradually picking it up
*ran northbound through Patterson Park, Lake Montebello, Zoo, and back through Downtown and Fells
*ran the last 3.75 miles as a progression: 5:58. 5:43, 5:48, 5:35
Good run
