Met up with the guys for a workout on a hot and humid afternoon (at least compared to the past couple weeks)
Workout Plan: 2x(3x800m w/ 200m jog); 400m jog between sets
Goal: 2:24-2:28

70.54 <-------sat out the first 400m to try and get rid of my side stitch, then ran the final lap with Carlos
Did a 2.5 mile W/U and 2 mile C/D. After the 5th repeat, my stomach was extremely knotted up so I took a breather and skipped the first 400m of the last repeat.
