After a 12+ hour workday yesterday and a forced day off, I wanted to get in a good run
*my POC at the Asheville VAMC mapped out a running course for me from downtown over to Beaver Lake
*added some distance to the run as his route was only ~10 miles roundtrip
Humid as shit out!!!
