Last week in NYC for NYP project
Ran from the hotel down to 61st St and in the park at the south entrance. Did the whole big 6 mile loop on the park loop road then the short south loop from 72nd St and back to the hotel via 72nd
*beautiful morning for a run - seasonably cool
*lots of runners and bikers as usual
*legs felt a bit heavy from yesterday's race but that's expected
Looking for a higher mileage week (80-85) with a good long run this coming weekend...
