We ran the workout as a group as some of the guys raced this past Sunday at Vet's Day 10k

Planned workout:

4x800 @ 2:30-2:28

4x400 @ 73-71

2x800 @ 2:28-2:26

2x400 @ 70

Actual splits:

4x800: 2:30, 2:30, 2:30, 2:29

4x400: 71, 71, 71, 70

2x800: 2:29, 2:28

2x400: 71, 70

Felt OK but still need to work on my turnover!
