Notes
Met up with Brick for a workout
*plan was to do 5-6 miles @ marathon pace (5:50-6:00/mi) to get the legs moving a bit
*ran easy until the Mile 8 marker at OMHS then we started the harder running
*followed the 13 mile bagel run course and ran hard to LPP before heading back to the Lake (~4.25 miles)
Splits: 5:43, 5:44, 5:46, 5:51, ?
Felt pretty good but began to cramp up a bit
First workout since Boston and I'm pretty pleased...
