Met Carlos at Monkton Station at Mile 7.8 on the NCR
*Ran the first 7.5 miles easy then turned back as he only had time to do 15 miles
*picked it up and got into MP for the next 8 miles (7.5-15.5 miles); 5:45, 5:38, 5:34, 5:34, 5:32, 5:31, 5:33, 5:29
*I continued solo 2.5 miles out and back to get 20+
