After taking yesterday off, I went out for an easy run and it was a HUGE mistake
*left calf seized up real bad coming down the big hill on the north side of the Lake
*had to stop and stretch for 5 minutes then tried jogging home
*it was painful and probably did more damage
Taking off indefinitely and going to Dr. Staecy to see what he says...FML!
