Ran my first workout in months

*goal was to run comfortably hard but not burn out

*ended up cramping up after the 2nd 800 so we called it after four and didn't do any 400s

Workout splits:

5:10, 5:10

2:31, 2:33, 2:33. 2:31

Not terrible but I have zero turnover right now...
