Met up for a cold and windy bagel run as I have our Annual Company Ruth's Chris dinner this evening
*started easy then picked it up
*by Mile 10, we were rocking sub-6:30s like it was our job
*Mile 18 = 6:08
Great run considering I haven't gone long in a few weeks...
