Was weary about how my knee was going to hold up
*went out conservative the first few miles and felt better than expected
*went through 5mi in 27:04 and started picking people off
*passed 4 GRC guys from Mile 6 on, caught up to Carlos around Mile 7 then Brick at Mile 8.75
*nearly negative split the race which is tough to do
Mile splits: 5:11, 5:28, 5:29, 5:27, 5:25, 5:32, 5:29, 5:29, 5:23, 5:27
5 Mile split: 27:04
5th place overall
Men's team was 3rd, women 2nd
