Cedar Ln onto Challenge course/Martin Rd/ BL to LPP onto bagel run course/Columbia Rd/short way around Lake
*nice afternoon after a long and stressful day at the office
*quads are sore as shit but I wanted to get them moving
*the 4 or so inches of snow we got yesterday pretty much melted completely
*ran into Seth in front of Clyde's and we ran together until the hill on the lake path at the 108 entrance
We shall see if the legs loosen up after this...
