It was HUMID AS SHIT out today
*wore my CEP compression socks after having the left calf seize at the end of the long run yesterday
*calf held up OK and I got into a nice groove as I went around the far end of the lake
*picked it up to sub-6:00 for the second half of the run
Awesome run! Looks like the calf is going to be alright, still need to be cautious though!
