Terrible race - got stuck behind three Ethiopian women at the start line and got boxed it from the gun
*my Garmin supposedly charged yesterday but said 'low battery' when I turned it on then died before the gun went off
*nearly slipped on my ass making the first turn on the course
*ran with the top woman for the first two miles then passed her and another guy but was way behind a group of six elite East Africans
Hoping not to run much slower for a marathon in 5 months...
