Notes

Left work early and met up with Brick and David for a progression run

*the plan was to start easy (7:00-7:10 pace) and drop 15-20 seconds/mile every 1.5-2 miles

*started a bit quick but did a nice workout until we hit the library hill then ran easy for a cooldown
