Notes

Met up with Carlos and Brick for my first workout in months under the lights at OMHS

*ate a peanut butter dessert at the SFPE meeting for lunch and it came back to haunt me

*ran the first four repeats before having stomach issues

*hopped in to pace for 400m each of the last two repeats

Splits: coming later

Shitty workout as I have no leg turnover right now. Need to get serious about training again...
