Decided to do a 2 mile fartlek on the track this morning, cruising the curves and picking it up on the straightaways. Track was really crowded today, 10+ people, but my favorite was the Army guys doing their PT test run and the NCO berating the overweight guy in front of us. Everyone looked a little shocked at his behavior.
