Traknite was a little different tonight as we did an "out and back" workout, running one direction on the track at 5K pace for a set time, stopping for a 1 minute rest, and then running the other way for the same amount. This essentially amounts to a ladder workout: 800s, 600s, 400s, 300s. Good tough workout tonight! About 14 folks there to share the rain and pain.
