Perfect weather for our mile time trial and great attendance tonight. Ran buddy relays with Darrin. Did the mile time in 5:13. 1st lap in 75, last in 77. Very happy with the time and we will measure ptogress again in the fall. Hoping to go sub-5:00 then.
