Planned on a track workout at the ole' high school, but the place looks like Ft. Knox with the padlocks and barb wire around the track and field. Thought public spaces were for public use? All I can figure is they are trying to keep horrible football team, 1-21 the last 2 years, out of the stadium. Ended up doing more hills in the neighborhoods by the school where we practiced for XC 20 years ago.
