Planned on doing shorter stuff, but ham was a little sore and thought I should do some longer ones in preparation for next week. Humid morning, but still cool. Did the 1x800, rest 30 seconds, 1x200, rest 3 minutes workout x 3. Walked the 200 back to the start between each.
