Brooks Adrenaline GTS 10 Green
Met Matt and Tim on a very humid morning (80%+) and headed to the trail for a 15 speed run of 30-60-90, going fast for 30, slow for 60, fast for 90, and so on. Most of the run was shaded and I was well hydrated.
