Surprised at how OK my legs felt after the race yesterday - the rest of me didn't hold up as well. Heat took it's toll for sure. 70oz of water didn't feel like enough and I didn't gel till 45 mins in and again at 1:30. Going to stick with every 30 mins if i can help it.
