lakeside to pineridge up hunter lake to top of cashill and down skyline to moana to manzanitta quick right and worked through neighborhood to lakeside golf course and mccarren and home. very hilly. we pushed hard. chased bill, jeff, john, jim, anthony. Ending up catching anthony and finished with him. Caught him by relaxing (reducing pace ) up the hill and relaxed speed down to close gap.
