First 15 was on the alterG with the last ten on the grass by res. My legs felt so weak, but it is great to be back running. I have been thinking about the way I run more during my time cross training, and I have realized that I overstrike quite a bit while racing. I am not sure if this is the main issue of why I continue to get stress fractures in the lower legs, but I will try to adjust just in case that is my issue. I have also been taking calcium every morning for the same reasons.
