Notes

Went for a replication of the most bestest, perfect workout. Also wanted to get a roughly mile long segment w/a large hill at the end of it. Felt decent through 4 miles, but then the aerobic system was really strained trying to just clip off 5:40's for some reason. I think this is probably because I am still recovering from the monthlong sickness of December. Still a good day, now to recover.
