DOPE jog, felt like I was back at NCC running a thursday long run. Lots of confidence out there, clipping off miles between 6:30 and 6:40.
Was a little worried on the front end of this run because my hr was feeling a little rushed, but calmed down nicely during the first 30 minutes. Next week I've got to make it out to nappyville or somewhere in the burbs to get more of a continuous run. I still got a lot of continuous running today, but there were certainly more stops at lights than I will have during the marathon
