Casual run around the park. This puts me right at 500 miles on the second pair of Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 9. I get a dull ache in my right knee every time I run in them now. Even for a short run. I need to replace them. I really like them much better than the NB 1223s I am running in at the moment. (The 1223s have 330 miles on them and were a 1/2 size too small when I got them).
I don't know what to do about new shoes. Tried to buy some Vitruvian Shoes since they are going out of business and selling for $25, but the owner talked me out of them since my feet are so wide. I like honest people.
