Temp was between 55 and 68 during the run. It never seemed to get too hot. Just about perfect running weather.
Was supposed to be a 9 mile run, but I found a nice little 2,5 mile long boardwalk to run on. I just had an enjoyable run. I ate a fresh Peanut Butter Crunch Cliff bar and found it to be much more enjoyable than the old dried up ones I have eaten before.
Forgot the body glide on the nipples. I am writing this before my shower. Afterwards I think I will be crying too much to function. I am not looking forward to the warm water.
