Nice fun slow run. I ran through some old neighborhoods where I used to live here in Pensacola. I saw 2 former houses. I started from my parents current house. On Thursday's run I run near the very first house we live in here.
It is time to retire the NB 857 shoes. My right knee is hurting immediately after the run. I will give those shoes a break for a while and then try them again. It could be other factors involved, but I am pretty sure it is the shoes.
