Strange run. Actually this was done in 4 different sessions. First run was a mile to calibrate my new Nike+. It seemed like it did not work, so I did another mile. I think it worked, but not sure until I can run again with the system.

Run 3 was a 10 minute warm up run at 9:30 pace getting ready for a leg workout at the gym.

Run 4 was 1.3 miles after my workout. In this run I got a sharp pain on the top of my left foot. The pain had been building up, but it got bad suddenly. I think it may be almost the exact same problem I had with my right foot.
