Not many people at the park at 6:45 on a Sunday morning. I only saw 3 other walkers. A dog barked at me when I approached the gate to the park. If he does that again I will complain to the park staff. No dogs are supposed to be in the park anyway. It seems like the staff keeps the dogs for their own pleasure.
