Somewhat of an emotional run. Got to thinking how that 2 years ago I was in top running condition. Racing regularly. Preparing for my first marathon. A week after the marathon I got plagued with injuries that have continued almost 2 years solid. Very depressed about where I am right now. Need to drop about 20 lbs. to get back to where I was. But I can't do it all with just running. I need overall strength and agility.
