8K race in La Plata. My first race here. I was a bit concerned about the field. It looked like most were there to win. While that was true, there were still 25 people behind me at the end.
Gun time was 45:03. My watch time was 44:58.29.
Splits were great! Throwing out the first and last km, I stayed within 9 seconds of perfect splits. 5:38/km or 9:04/mile.
