After running with Jason for a few days, I've realized my "easy" runs are too slow. In an effort to run a nice 3 mile at even 7 minute splits, I started at 6:47 and it just went down hill. Also did some dynamic stretches and static stretches. Made my hips hurt like crazy, so I took the next day off.
