Notes

40min on the ArcTrainer. Leg was tight for the first 1.3 miles, then loosened up. Patellar tendon got a little tight at 4.1 miles, and I called it a day. Feels good to run. I will be keeping track of the start/stop/restart of pain. Considering acupuncture for leg.
